Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger month-end close including cash, reclass, accruals journals; variance review.
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements for the assigned portfolio.
• Submit statements and work papers in reviewable form within deadlines.
• Manage cash for assigned properties and reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Coordinate year-end audit work and prepare supporting schedules.
• Interact with US clients and manage stakeholder communications.
