Job summary

Campet Bottles Pvt Ltd in Nashik seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts leader to manage end-to-end finance operations, including Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MIS and cash flow.

Ideal candidate: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 5–10 years in manufacturing/packaging, strong costing and leadership skills; experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing finance preferred. Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) - mandatory
• 5–10 years in Manufacturing / Packaging / PET / Plastic industries
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MIS and Costing
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations of the company
• Handle Tally Prime, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and accounts finalization
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
• Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow
• Coordinate with CA, auditors and banks
• Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and daily cash flow
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST, TDS and other returns
• Maintain inventory accounting and costing for manufacturing operations
• Support management with financial planning, budgeting and business reports
