Job summary

Conchem labs is seeking an Executive – Finance and Accounts to oversee all financial operations in Raigad, Maharashtra, India. The role combines hands-on accounting with strategic business partnering in a manufacturing environment.

The position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, GST/TDS/income tax compliance, and the ability to present monthly MIS reports to senior management. This is a leadership role with exposure to treasury and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Expertise in accounting and statutory compliance
• Ability to prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards
• Experience coordinating with auditors and tax authorities
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax
• Hands-on treasury and working capital management experience

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and close books monthly, quarterly and annually
• Process invoicing on GST portal
• Coordinate with auditors for finalisation of accounts
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors and regulatory authorities
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and variance analyses for management
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and working capital
• Monitor receivables, payables and inventory financing

Job description

Executive – Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company,

including accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, treasury, and internal controls. This is a

hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge combined with strategic business partnering

skills, ideally with prior exposure to the chemical/process manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Doing Invoicing on GST portal.
• Facing Internal and external Auditors and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory/regulatory requirements
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards to management

Treasury & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements
• Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory financing
