Job summary

Dusad Agrofood in Jaipur, India is seeking an experienced Chartered/Commerce-finance professional to lead accounting functions in FMCG operations. You will manage reconciliations, tax compliance, payroll accounting, and financial reporting with an emphasis on accuracy and audit readiness.

The role requires 8-10 years of relevant experience, hands-on knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, and strong collaboration with procurement and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and yearly account reconciliations and audits.
• Verify supplier invoices with PO and GRN; process vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts; follow up on receivables.
• Prepare GST working, ITC claims, and file GST returns.
• Coordinate payroll-related accounting entries and statutory deductions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis.

Job description

Reporting To: Factory Manager/ Director

Key Responsibilities:

Can handle a team of 5-10 Executives and guide them.

• Perform monthly and yearly account reconciliations & Audit.
• Verify supplier invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Process vendor payments as per payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain advance payments and outstanding reports.
• Generate customer invoices.
• Record collections and allocate receipts.
• Follow up for outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer balances periodically.
• Prepare bank payment files (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS).
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow requirements.
• Prepare GST working and reconciliation.
• Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Assist in filing GST returns.
• TDS calculations and return filing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Coordinate payroll-related accounting entries.
• Record salary payments and statutory deductions.
• Reconcile PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS liabilities.
• Preparation of:

• Monthly MIS reports
• Trial Balance
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Balance Sheet schedules
• Cash Flow statements
• Prepare variance analysis reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• MBA (Finance), M.Com, or CA Inter (preferred)
• 8-10 years of accounting experience in an FMCG or manufacturing company.

• Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average).
• Familiarity with production accounting and cost accounting.
• Experience with GST audits and statutory compliance.
• Factory License & Government Compliance.
