Job summary

Eagleton The Golf Resort in Bengaluru is seeking a guest-focused Senior F&B Executive to oversee daily food and beverage operations, maintain service standards, and support the F&B team in delivering hospitality excellence. • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Experience: 5–10 years in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Experience: previous handling restaurant operations, banquets, or multiple F&B outlets preferred.
• Knowledge: good knowledge of F&B service standards, POS systems, billing, and inventory control.
• Skills: strong communication, guest handling, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Availability: ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and food service operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, food presentation, and dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to standards.
• Assist in staff scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, beverage stocks, and wastage.
• Support billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Coordinate with banquet and events teams for functions and weddings.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and maintain checklists.
• Support the F&B Manager in SOPs and improving departmental performance.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, banquet, and food service operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, food presentation, and dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to service standards.
• Assist in staff scheduling, duty allocation, briefings, and on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, beverage stocks, operating supplies, and wastage.
• Support billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets and controlling operational costs.
• Coordinate with banquet and events teams for functions, weddings, and special occasions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Previous experience handling restaurant operations, banquets, or multiple F&B outlets is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, POS systems, billing, and inventory control.
• Strong communication, guest-handling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
