Camel Valley Resort & Spa, Igatpuri, Maharashtra, is seeking a proactive F&B Manager to lead all dining and banquet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. The role covers restaurant, banquet, bar, and room service with on-site responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in resort or luxury hotel F&B, strong cost-control abilities, and a proven track record of managing weddings and group events with excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete Food & Beverage operations, including Garnet Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, banquet services, wedding functions, outdoor lawn events, and room service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute F&B services for destination weddings, corporate events, conferences, family staycations, and student groups.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef, Kitchen Team, Banquet Team, and Operations Manager for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare menus, buffet layouts, food displays, and service plans according to event requirements and guest preferences.
• Manage food and beverage costs, portion control, inventory, wastage, and departmental profitability.
• Monitor daily sales, average guest spend, food costs, beverage costs, and departmental expenses.
• Ensure proper control of restaurant and bar inventory, including stock receiving, storage, requisitions, and consumption.
• Manage staff recruitment, duty rosters, training, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, FSSAI requirements, and applicable liquor licensing regulations.
• Maintain SOPs for restaurant, banquet, bar, and room service operations.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Banquet Sales teams for event planning, menu finalisation, costing, and execution.
• Conduct regular operational inspections and prepare daily sales, stock, cost-control, and performance reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably with experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager.
• Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, banquet operations, destination weddings, and large group dining will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, buffet management, beverage control, and menu costing.
• Good understanding of food cost control, beverage cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, guest-handling, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple weddings, banquets, and group events while maintaining service standards.
• Hands-on, guest-focused, and commercially oriented approach.
