Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking an experienced exports and international logistics professional to manage end-to-end pharmaceutical export documentation and shipments from Navi Mumbai, with a focus on timely, compliant dispatch.

You will coordinate cold‑chain logistics (2–8C and -20C), handle SAP SD activities, LC and ECGC processes, freight operations, customs compliance, and customer documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical export documentation and international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical exports, cold-chain logistics, customs, and international trade.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SD Module.
• Knowledge of LC documentation, ECGC processes, freight operations, and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB, COO, Insurance, LC docs).
• Handle country-specific documentation, legalization, authentication, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled shipments (2–8C and -20C); door-to-door cold-chain logistics.
• Plan shipments and coordinate with manufacturing, warehouses, freight forwarders, CHA, regulatory teams, and customers.
• Execute SAP SD activities: Sales Orders, Invoices, Outbound Deliveries, PGI, stock checks, Indents, Customer Master.
• Coordinate freight bookings, vendor activities, palletization, and passive packaging solutions.
• Verify shipping and customs documents; support customs clearance and ECGC processes.
• Manage customer shipment queries and regulatory/sample shipments.
• Handle ECGC cover for new customers and monthly ECGC declarations.
