Job summary

HRD House is seeking a skilled export documentation professional based in Mumbai to oversee end-to-end export order processing in ERP systems and ensure smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA. You will maintain customer master data, pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms, while monitoring shipments and export proceeds.

You will handle FIRC/e-FIRC, bank reconciliation, and RBI compliance, coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and external banks, DGFT, and regulatory consultants to ensure export

Qualifications

• Degree in B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain, or International Business.
• Experience in Export Documentation, EXIM operations, and export compliance.
• Experience in export realization, FIRC/e-FIRC, and foreign remittance tracking.
• Familiarity with Advance Authorisation, DGFT procedures, and licence utilisation.
• Experience with ICEGATE, customs docs, RBI export regulations, and global trade docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP ECC/S/4HANA for export orders.
• Strong MS Excel, MIS reporting, data reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be based at Mumbai office and responsible for managing end-to-end export order processing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Candidate should have experience in maintaining customer master data, export orders, pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, and shipment details in ERP systems.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring export shipments, outstanding payments, foreign remittances, and realization of export proceeds against invoices and shipping bills.

Candidate should have experience in handling FIRC, e-FIRC, BRC, bank realization statements, and reconciliation of export invoices with bank remittances.

Candidate will be responsible for managing Advance Authorisation activities, including application, licence utilization, export obligation tracking, amendments, and closure with DGFT.

Candidate should have experience in EDPMS, IDPMS, ICEGATE, shipping bill closure, GR closure, RBI compliance, and resolving export-related discrepancies with banks.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing export MIS reports, maintaining compliance records, supporting audits, and coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, banks, and regulatory consultants.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate should have B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain, or International Business, Female candidates with 38 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation, EXIM operations, commercial activities, and export compliance.

Candidate should have experience in export realization, FIRC/e-FIRC, BRC, foreign remittance tracking, and coordination with authorized dealer banks.

Candidate should have experience in Advance Authorisation/Advance Licence, DGFT procedures, licence utilization, export obligation monitoring, and compliance closure.

Candidate should have experience in ICEGATE operations, customs documentation, EDPMS/IDPMS processes, RBI export regulations, and international trade documentation.

Candidate should have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA, preferably in export order processing and commercial operations.

Candidate should have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, data reconciliation, documentation, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate should preferably have experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, API Manufacturing, or export-oriented manufacturing industry.
