Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai seeks an Export Executive with 3-10 years of Pharma/Manufacturing experience to manage export documentation, incentives and compliance.

You will coordinate with DGFT, Customs and freight forwarders, prepare shipping bills, and track shipments in SAP/ERP while ensuring accuracy and timely filing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Export Incentives & Export Compliance.
• Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel.

• Handle Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK) & RoDTEP.
• Manage export incentive documentation & claims filing.
• Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA & Freight Forwarders.

• Track export shipments & coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Manage transporter coordination, vendor bills & logistics reconciliation.
• Handle export entries & shipment tracking in SAP / ERP.
