Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mulund, Mumbai, is seeking an Export Executive to manage the export documentation, incentives and compliance aspects. The role requires 3–10 years of experience in pharma or related manufacturing sectors.

You will coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA and freight forwarders, prepare shipping bills, invoices and packing lists, and track shipments in SAP/ERP using MS Excel for data accuracy. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK) & RoDTEP
• Manage export incentive documentation & claims filing
• Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA & Freight Forwarders
• Prepare shipping bills, invoices, packing lists & export documents
• Track export shipments & coordinate dispatch schedules
• Manage transporter coordination, vendor bills & logistics reconciliation
• Handle export entries & shipment tracking in SAP / ERP

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Export Incentives & Export Compliance
• Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry
• Working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
• Good coordination & communication skills

Qualification
