Job summary

DP World in India’s Haryana region seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound and outbound activities, ensure timely order processing and dispatch, and maintain accurate records in the WMS/ERP system.

You will coordinate with warehouse staff, support manpower planning and shift execution, train teams on SOPs and safety, monitor inventory cycles, generate MIS reports, and drive adherence to customer SLAs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution as per customer requirements.
• Monitor operational workflows to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper material handling practices.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
• Update inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, operators, and supervisors for smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Handle operational escalations and support issue resolution.

• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS updates.
