Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years delivering technical training or instructional content.
• Experience with instructor-led delivery (virtual + onsite) and eLearning development (Articulate, Rise, Storyline).
• Hands-on knowledge of programming (Python, Java) and AI/cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with developer/IT workflows and tools (GitHub, JIRA, DevOps).
• Certifications preferred: AWS, AI, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent.

Job Title: Technical Trainer - Engineering & AI Platforms

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to deliver and develop high-impact training experiences for technical teams across engineering, AI, and digital domains. This role requires strong presentation skills, instructional design knowledge, and deep familiarity with technical content such as programming, infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or cloud-based tools. Candidates must be comfortable facilitating both live virtual and in-person sessions, creating scalable eLearning, and working with global audiences. This position will be training the functionality and advance capabilities of an Agentic Platform to learners. They will work with stakeholders and technical teams to understand use cases and best practices with the platform and be able to convert that knowledge into training material for learners.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation & Instruction

• Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions (in-person and virtual)
• Facilitate learning across multi-generational, culturally diverse teams
• Conduct training needs analysis to align learning objectives with role expectations
• Run pre- and post-training assessments to measure comprehension and retention

Content & Curriculum Design

• Design and develop technical training content for a variety of audiences
• Translate complex technical topics into digestible, live, eLearning, and microlearning modules
• Collaborate with SMEs to update or localize content to regional needs

Certification & Readiness

• Guide learners through certification programs (e.g., AWS, Azure, Python, AI/ML)
• Support content alignment with certification pathways and industry benchmarks

Collaboration & Coaching

• Work with cross-functional teams and business units to understand training needs
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions with learners
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to learners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical training or instructional content
• Proven experience in: _______Initials
  • o Instructor-led training delivery (virtual + onsite)
  • o Instructional design, course creation, and eLearning development (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)
  • o Platform or Product Training
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • o Programming (e.g., Python, Java, or related)
  • o AI and Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • o Developer or IT workflows and tools (e.g., GitHub, JIRA, DevOps)
• Certifications preferred: AWS, AI, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or equivalent
• Tools and Technologies (Desired from the selections below)
  • Experience with a combination of the following platforms and tools is highly desired:
    • o Facilitation & Engagement: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot
    • o eLearning Authoring: Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
