Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking a Learning Advisory Senior Manager to lead Generative AI learning programs. You will deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and AI application development, while developing hands-on labs and certification materials.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and relevance. The role requires strong leadership and capability-building in enterprise AI enablement.

Qualifications

• 16 to 25 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development.
• Based at Bengaluru, India office; relocation no.
• BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent IT qualification required.
• Relevant certifications in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI, ML or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI application development.
• Develop and maintain learning content, labs, assessments, and certification preparation materials.
• Support design of hands-on exercises and real-world use cases to improve learner engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and business stakeholders to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to learners and contribute to capability development in Generative AI domain.
• Continuously update content based on emerging AI trends and enterprise adoption requirements.

• The L6 Technology Educator Generative AI is a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development. This individual delivers training programs, develops learning content, and supports capability-building initiatives focused on Generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Delivers instructor-led and virtual training programs on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development.
• Develops and maintains learning content, labs, assessments, and certification preparation materials.
• Supports the design of hands-on exercises and real-world use cases to improve learner engagement and practical understanding.
• Collaborates with instructional designers and business stakeholders to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Provides technical guidance to learners and contributes to capability development initiatives within the Generative AI domain.
• Continuously updates learning content based on emerging AI trends, tools, and enterprise adoption requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Subject Matter Expertise & Training Delivery
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI application development.
• Facilitate hands-on labs and workshops using Generative AI platforms, APIs, and development frameworks.
• Act as an SME for learner queries and support capability-building initiatives.
• Create assessments, evaluation exercises, and certification readiness activities.
• Stay updated with advancements in GenAI technologies and industry best practices.
• 2. Content Development & Quality Assurance
• Develop and maintain technically accurate training materials, presentations, lab guides, and learner resources.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Review content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
• Create reusable assets, code samples, and demonstrations for training programs.
• Refresh training content regularly to incorporate new AI capabilities and industry developments.
• 3. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with capability leads, project teams, and learning advisors to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Support learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate AI learning solutions.
• Participate in capability development and workforce upskilling initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with technical SMEs and learning stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI learning community activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
