Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Education, or a related field.
• 4-8+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, Technical Training, Instructional Design, or Curriculum Development.
• Experience creating technical learning content for enterprise or professional learners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.

• Design and develop comprehensive curricula for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Data Platforms.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Developer - AI & Data Engineering to design, develop, and continuously improve industry-aligned learning programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Engineering, along with experience creating engaging technical learning content for professionals and enterprise learners.
This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, technical trainers, and engineering teams to build hands-on, practical, and scalable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curricula for AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Data Platforms.
• Create instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced e-learning modules, and blended learning programs.
• Develop learner guides, instructor guides, presentations, assessments, quizzes, assignments, case studies, and hands-on labs.
