Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manpower planning and budgeting.
• Finalizing the organization structure.
• Succession planning for leadership, managerial and critical positions.
• Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
• Campus branding and campus placements.
• Designing and launching the internal job posting process; managing internal job transfers.
• Preparing and maintaining the job description repository.
• Ensuring onboarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
• Ensuring quality of recruitment.
• Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
• Implementing the application tracking system and generating reports.
• Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs.
• Preparing and developing recruitment material – e.g., brochures and further particulars.
• Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants.
• Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
• Managing the employee reference process.
