Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets using a consultative sales approach while ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount.
• Handle inbound and outbound telesales to drive new sales, increase persistency, and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain minimum phone statistic and productivity standards at all times.
• Use solution/consultative selling approach to recommend the most appropriate products to prospective Niva Bupa customers.
• Deliver revenue across all products and provide world‑class customer experience.
• Understand internal and regulatory policies and continuously drive results.
