NIIT Limited is seeking a Senior Executive – SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) Consultant to design, configure and support end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding solutions. The role requires hands-on configuration skills, implementation exposure, and the ability to craft analytics through reports.

You will lead RCM/ONB configuration, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data-driven outcomes using SF Reporting and Job Profile Builder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM + ONB configuration.
• At least one full implementation; SAP certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
• Experience in the Reporting module and in configuring/developing story reports.
• Working knowledge of Job Profile Builder.

Responsabilités

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management: requisition templates, candidate profiles, templates for career site and emails/offers.
• Configure Onboarding (ONB): onboarding processes, tasks, forms and new-hire data collection with Employee Central handover.
• Design, configure and develop story reports in SF Reporting module to meet HR analytics needs.
• Set up and maintain Job Profile Builder content aligned with RCM requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and blueprint sign-off with stakeholders.
• Own configuration documentation, test scenarios, UAT support, defect resolution and go-live/hypercare.
• Manage RBP permissions, rule-based workflows and notifications for RCM and ONB.
• Support integrations and data loads between RCM, ONB and Employee Central; handle post-go-live enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management: job requisition templates, candidate profile and application templates, career site, and email/offer templates.
• Configure Onboarding (ONB): onboarding processes, tasks, forms, and new-hire data collection, along with the Employee Central handover.
• Design, configure and develop story reports in the SF Reporting module to meet business and HR analytics requirements.
• Set up and maintain Job Profile Builder content and align it with RCM job requisitions and role requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and blueprint sign-off with business stakeholders.
• Own configuration documentation, test scenarios, UAT support, defect resolution and go-live/hypercare activities.
• Manage RBP permissions, rule-based workflows and notifications for RCM and ONB.
• Support integrations and data loads between RCM, ONB and Employee Central, and handle post-go-live enhancements and change requests.
• Keep pace with SAP SuccessFactors half-yearly releases and recommend adoption of relevant features.

Educational Qualification

Graduation or Post Graduation

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM + ONB technical configuration.
• Must have handled at least 1 full implementation, along with SAP certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
• Experience in the Reporting module is a must; should be thorough in configuring and developing story reports.
• Working knowledge of Job Profile Builder.
