Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Diploma / B.Tech in any discipline with SCM/Materials Management preference.
• 3-6 years in stores, inventory or warehouse operations in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and stock documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day stores operations: receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure GRNs, stock entries, and dispatch records are accurate and timely.
• Maintain inventory levels and support stock audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics for material availability.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and housekeeping of store items.
• Monitor shelf life and batch tracking of critical materials; handle returns and non-conformance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and audit requirements; support digitalization initiatives.
