Job summary

Malabar Group in Ahmednagar invites a proactive jewelry sales associate to help customers choose pieces and close sales in line with SOPs.

You will greet shoppers, understand their requirements, explain product benefits, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining store presentation.

Additionally, you will assist with stock replenishment, report feedback to the manager, and contribute to BTL marketing efforts to drive footfall.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sell and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage customers and understand requirements.
• Knowledge of store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
• Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits –Malabar Promises and product details to ensure customer delight in each sale.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
• Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
• Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
• Assist in BTL marketing.
