Job summary

Malabar Group in Mangaluru is seeking a target-driven sales associate to achieve daily and weekly targets by guiding customers through the jewellery range and closing sales in line with the company SOP.

You will greet customers, understand requirements, explain Malabar Promises and product details to ensure delightful experiences, gather feedback for improvement, and assist in stock management and in-store marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and execute company strategies to enhance store profit
• Receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on Malabar Promises and product details
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement
• Report sold stock to the section head for inventory maintenance and ensure timely replenishment
• Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall
• Acquire knowledge in all store sections such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
• Assist in BTL marketing

Job Role :
