The Senior Executive - Radiology Billing will manage radiology billing workflow, patient billing entries, package and procedure charge verification, payment coordination, documentation, and interdepartmental follow-up at HCG Cancer Centre, Ahmedabad. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–5 years of billing or healthcare operations experience.

• Prepare and process radiology bills for OPD, IPD, and diagnostic imaging patients.
• Verify patient details, investigation name, radiology charges, package details, and payment information.
• Coordinate with radiology reception, doctors, technicians, billing, accounts, and patient care teams.
• Support billing for CT, MRI, PET-CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and other imaging services.
• Explain billing details and payment process to patients or attendants professionally.
• Maintain billing records, receipt details, pending payment trackers, and daily reports.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, wrong entries, or package mismatch and correct them promptly.
• Support cash, credit, insurance, and corporate billing coordination when required.
• Handle patient queries and elevate disputes or service delays to seniors.
• Use hospital billing software, Excel, printer, scanner, and office tools accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and patient-friendly radiology billing support.
