Formación

A Senior Executive - Billing is responsible for supervising and coordinating billing activities to ensure accurate revenue capture, timely bill generation, and smooth patient billing services. The involves reviewing bills, guiding billing staff, coordinating with clinical, finance, insurance, and TPA teams, and resolving complex billing issues.

• Supervise day-to-day OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and procedure billing activities.
• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor accurate capture of services, procedures, medicines, and consumables.
• Guide billing executives and junior billing staff.
• Coordinate with clinical departments for charge verification.
• Coordinate with insurance, TPA, and corporate billing teams.
• Monitor pending, unbilled, and disputed accounts.
• Review estimates, interim bills, and final bills.
• Verify approved discounts, refunds, and billing adjustments.
• Monitor discharge billing and final settlement processes.
• Perform billing reconciliation with finance and collection records.
• Identify billing discrepancies and potential revenue leakage.
• Resolve escalated billing queries and patient concerns.
