Job summary

Agrostar in Haryana is seeking a Senior Executive Quality Assurance to lead quality standards for banana operations. You will train operation staff, implement field quality controls, and generate dispatch quality reports for local and export orders.

The role requires 2–5 years in QA/food safety in fresh produce or agri-exports, knowledge of export standards and SOPs, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive compliance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Tech / Agriculture / Horticulture / Microbiology or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality/QA/Food Safety in fresh produce, agri-exports, or food processing.
• Knowledge of fresh produce quality parameters, export standards, SOPs, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.

• Field quality implementation of Banana.


• To generate quality reports of each & every dispatch of Banana Local & Export. Timely reporting & raising of Alerts.


• Analysis of qulity report.


• Conducting of qulity audit and submit report

Qualifications and Skills we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Agriculture / Horticulture / Microbiology or related field


• 2–5 years of experience in Quality / QA / Food Safety in fresh fruits & vegetables, agri-exports, or food processing


• Knowledge of fresh produce quality parameters and export standards, SOP implementation and compliance monitoring, Cross-functional coordination and communication skills


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
