We are looking for a detail-oriented F&V Quality Executive to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables across procurement, storage, and distribution operations.

What You'll Do

• Inspect fruits and vegetables for quality, freshness, grading, and defects
• Ensure adherence to food safety and FSSAI standards
• Monitor storage conditions, temperature, and shelf life
• Conduct quality checks at warehouses and retail points
• Identify and report damages, spoilage, and rejection issues
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain quality benchmarks
• Maintain quality reports, records, and documentation
• Audit vendors and farmers for quality compliance
• Implement SOPs for handling, packaging, and transportation
