Job summary

The position requires leading staff in strict SOP adherence, coordinating with product development and sourcing teams, and sustaining timely

Qualifications

• KRA1 Quality inspection - Achieve quality standards for development and introduction of new styles and product lines
• Checking SOPs - follow SOPs and quality assurance guidelines
• Delay resolution - Maintain communications with vendors and inform manager about delays and mitigation

Responsibilities

• KRA1 Quality inspection - Achieve quality standards for development and introduction of new styles and product lines
• Conduct frequent quality audits, in-line inspections, maintain a record of observations/issues, and steps taken to resolve the issues
• Conduct trainings to enhance quality awareness among vendor staff
• KRA3 Delay resolution - Maintain a record of communications with the vendor(s) and keep the internal team manager informed about possibilities of delay and attempts to minimise it

KRA1 Quality inspection - Achieve quality standards for development and introduction of new styles and product lines

• Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure that all standards of fabric quality, texture, colour, design and all other required parameters are conveyed to the vendor(s) management and quality team at the pre-production meet
• Develop and monitor the raw material arrival schedule, line plan, cutting plan, machine skill training plan for each style and shipment dates
• Conduct frequent quality audits, in-line inspections, maintain a record of observations/issues, and steps taken to resolve the issues
• Conduct trainings to enhance quality awareness among vendor(s) staff
  

KRA2 Checking SOPs - Be a leader, and role model for the staff, observe strict protocols and develop an understanding about the significance of diligently following standard operating procedures and quality assurance guidelines

KRA3 Delay resolution - Maintain a record of al communications with the vendor(s) and keep the internal team manager informed about possibilities of delay and attempts to minimise it
