Job summary

Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation in Mumbai seeks a detail-oriented Membership Administrator to manage SEBI-regulatory processes and membership lifecycle. You will handle membership requests, changes in status, annual returns, and portal updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency in advance Excel, and experience with MIS reporting in a regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI Regulations, Rules and Bye-laws.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conversed with SEBI Regulation, Rules, Bye laws and Regulations of Exchange/Clearing Corporation.
• Processing of New Membership Requests/Transfer of Membership/Conversion of Membership/Change in Status and the activities required in connection of admission of Membership.
• Processing of surrender of Membership application of the member and refund of deposits etc.
• Processing of Change (name /director /address / status etc.,) from Members.
• Processing of Annual Returns submitted by Members.
• Prepare/compile information /data for various MIS.
• Preparation of Agenda for various Committee
• Working on various membership online portals with regard to updating of database and monitoring of compliance.
• Drafting Show cause Notice for violation non- compliance of members.
• Providing data for External and Internal Audit and resolving audit query.
• Ensuring periodical submissions to the Regulator.

• Preparation of Agenda for various Committee
