• Record maintenance history in SAP and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate installation, testing, and qualification of new HVAC equipment.
• Assist in deviation investigations and CAPA related to HVAC.
• Support QA during audits and regulatory assessments.

Senior Executive - E&M Utilities HVAC - Responsible for the operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of cold rooms, DX units, air conditioners (ACs), and HVAC systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, HVAC validation requirements (where applicable), and company SOPs.
• Monitor the inventory of critical spares and consumables and initiate procurement as required.
• Monitor system performance and optimize operating parameters to improve energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and service providers for major maintenance activities and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation in the SAP system.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and qualification of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of CAPA related to HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with the QA team during audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments, and provide required documentation.
• Follow permit system as per the work carried out.
