Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• HVAC Certification is an added advantage.
• 5–6 years of relevant HVAC maintenance & projects experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC systems.
• Coordinate HVAC validation including Particle Count, Air Velocity, differential pressure, and mapping.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during maintenance and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering standards.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
• Handle HVAC project execution, installation, and commissioning of Clean Room Panels (CRP).
• Monitor plant utility and machinery maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanroom HVAC systems as per GMP requirements.
• Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, airflow, pressure differentials, and air balancing.
• Operate and maintain AHU (Air Handling Units) and associated equipment.
• Maintain and monitor HEPA, Fine, and Pre Filters, including replacement schedules and integrity checks.
• Coordinate HVAC validation activities including Particle Count, Air Velocity, Differential Pressure, Temperature & Humidity Mapping.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during maintenance and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• HVAC Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Maintenance & Projects.
• Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Device, Food Processing, or Cleanroom Manufacturing preferred.
