Job summary

A biotechnology company in Maharashtra is seeking a Team Lead for HVAC Engineering. The role entails leading the HVAC section, ensuring operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory audits. Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical environments and a strong background in HVAC maintenance and operations. Responsibilities also include training staff, creating preventive maintenance schedules, and overseeing QMS activities. Candidates should be willing to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as section head of HVAC in a regulated pharmaceutical company.
• Must have exposure to major regulatory audits.
• Ability to prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedules and micro-plans.
• Train department staff/operators and manage shift assignments.
• Knowledge of Clean Room CRP, HVAC, process piping and utility piping.

Job description

Shall be Team Lead of HVAC Engineering section. Shall be responsible for overall engineering operation and maintenance.

• Shall be responsible for routine preventive, breakdown maintenance of HVAC and ensure uptime of the equipment's.
• Preferred to have worked as section head of HVAC in regulated pharmaceutical company with technical and compliance knowledge. Must have exposure to major regulatory audits.
• Preparation of monthly preventive maintenance schedule as well micro planner related to routine activities.
• Training of department employees/ operators, assigning shift activities and ensure to get completed.
• Should have knowledge of Clean Room CRP, HAVC, Process piping, Utility piping etc.
• Willing to work in extended hours as and when required.
• To follow site Safety regulations and manage work permits to site contractors.
• Responsible for QMS activities and timely closure of tasks. Leading to section during regulatory audits.>
