Job summary

Kemwell in Bengaluru seeks an experienced facilities engineer to supervise and monitor HVAC, clean utility, and process equipment. You will prepare/review qualification documents related to facility and equipment and oversee HVAC requalification and document reviews.

You will manage inventory of critical spares, support budgeting, installation and commissioning activities, and ensure GMP compliance through SOPs, CAPA, deviations and change control, while leading safety and audits.

Qualifications

• Preparation / review of qualification documents related to facility and Equipment.
• Supervision of HVAC requalification and document review.
• Inventory control of critical spares and consumables for all process equipment, HVAC & support for costing budgeting
• Installation and commissioning of facility and equipment.
• Preparation and review of SOPs, change control, CAPA, deviation, Risk assessment & AutoCAD drawing.
• Supervision of preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment, clean utility water system (PW, WFI & PSG), HVAC system & facility.
• Responsible for expansion / improvement project.
• Handling of internal and external audits (Preparation and submission of compliance report etc.)
• Ensuring self and team safety at workplace.
• Handling of GMP documents like CR, SOPs, Deviation and CAPA.
