A leading firm in FMEG is seeking an experienced SAP IT General Support Specialist in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years in SAP support specific to manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include handling various SAP support tickets, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring efficient use of SAP modules. Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows, vendor management, and production processes is required. This position offers a full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA.
• Experience in Manufacturing / FMEG sector.
• Ability to handle L1/L2/L3 SAP tickets and ensure SLA.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP tickets and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Support MM, PP, SD, FI/CO for plant operations.
• Resolve daily production issues and ensure master data accuracy.
• Ensure master data accuracy (Material, BOM, Vendor/Customer)
• Monitor IDocs, background jobs, interfaces; coordinate with BASIS/ABAP
• Provide user support, UAT, training, and maintain SOPs

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of supply chain workflows, vendor management, production processes, inventory movements, and distribution networks common in the FMEG sector. This role focuses on handling SAP support tickets, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of SAP modules used in manufacturing and distribution.

Responsibilities

SAP Functional Support – Manufacturing Handle L1/L2/L3 SAP tickets; ensure SLA, RCA, and documentation. Support MM, PP, SD, FI/CO for plant operations and manufacturing processes. Resolve daily plant issues: production orders, material issues, stock transfers, batch & quality checks. Ensure master data accuracy (Material, BOM, Vendor/Customer). Monitor IDocs, background jobs, interfaces; coordinate with BASIS/ABAP. Provide user support, UAT, training, and maintain SOPs. Experience: 5–9 years | SAP ECC / S/4HANA | Manufacturing / FMEG Tools: ServiceNow / Jira | IDocs | MES/WMS exposure preferred
