Swiss Beauty in Gurugram seeks a Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to drive impactful influencer campaigns. You will identify and onboard creators, coordinate with talent agencies, and manage end-to-end campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships with brands or agencies.
• Experience coordinating with talent agencies and influencers for campaigns.
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns on Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines with partners and agencies.
• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Coordinate product seeding, schedules, approvals and ensure brand alignment throughout campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Social teams to develop engaging campaign briefs.
• Track performance with Reach, Impressions, Engagement, EMV, CPM, CTR and Conversions; report insights.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to execute impactful influencer campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships, coordinating with talent agencies, and executing end-to-end campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Relationship Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, content creators, and beauty enthusiasts aligned with the brand.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Coordinate product seeding, campaign schedules, and content approvals.
• Ensure timely execution while maintaining brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Content Coordination

• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Social Media teams to develop engaging campaign briefs.
• Review influencer content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards.
• Monitor campaign execution and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using key metrics such as Reach, Impressions, Engagement, EMV, CPM, CTR, and Conversions.
• Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and optimize a high-performing influencer database.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Coordinate with influencer agencies, talent partners, and external vendors.
• Track campaign budgets, invoices, and payment processes.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

Market & Trend Analysis

• Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and platform updates.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and recommend innovative influencer marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging social platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and campaign reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing.
• Prior experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or FMCG industry is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Office-based role in Gurugram.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
