Swiss Beauty LLC in India is seeking an experienced PR Manager to lead strategic brand communications for one of India's fastest-growing beauty brands. You will shape messaging, build media relationships, and steer campaigns across press, digital, and events.

Join a fast-paced team focused on innovative launches, influencer collaborations, and crisis communication, while collaborating with Marketing, Social Media, and Sales to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of PR experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, or Lifestyle.
• Strong network across media houses, editors, journalists, and influencers.
• Proven experience managing product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and business media.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, brand stories, and thought leadership content.
• Drive media visibility across print, digital, television, and social platforms.
• Lead PR for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal collections, and key brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute press events, influencer events, media previews, and brand activations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment, and proactively manage reputation and crisis communications.
• Track PR performance through media coverage, reach, impressions, and campaign reporting.

About the Role
