Job summary

Swiss Beauty in India is seeking an AM/Manager for Influencer Marketing to lead strategy across ecommerce platforms. You will plan influencer campaigns, onboard creators, and coordinate with internal teams to launch beauty-driven content.

The role emphasizes performance marketing, affiliate links, and measurement of ROAS and CPA across marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Purplle. Candidates with 4–8 years in influencer marketing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in Beauty/Fashion/D2C.
• Strong marketplace knowledge across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Purplle.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, reporting, analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer strategies for launches and sale events.
• Identify, onboard, negotiate and manage creators and agencies.
• Drive sales via affiliate links, coupons and attribution models.
• Run campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Purplle.

• Ecommerce Influencer Strategy: Plan and execute influencer strategies aligned with launches and sale events.
• Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, negotiate and manage beauty creators and agencies.
• Performance & Affiliate Marketing: Drive sales using affiliate links, coupon codes and attribution models.
• Marketplace Campaigns: Execute campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and Purplle.
• Content Coordination: Work with creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track ROAS, CPA, revenue, engagement and creator performance.
• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI.

KPIs

Revenue from influencer campaigns, ROAS, creator-attributed sales, affiliate revenue, engagement, customer acquisition, CPA, and campaign execution.

Required Skills
