Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Ideate and strategize influencer campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Assist in ideation and strategizing influencer campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.
• Own influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management.
• Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Guide and review the work of junior executives involved in campaign coordination.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, the creator landscape, and emerging content formats to inform strategy.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring campaign objectives are consistently met.
• Maintain and continuously build influencer databases and campaign documentation.
• Contribute to pitch decks and campaign strategy presentations for prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing, with strong exposure to Influencer outreach and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, along with influencer marketing tools and analytics.
• Proven experience in influencer research, outreach, negotiation, campaign coordination, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to ideate and strategize campaigns based on client briefs and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and mentor junior team members simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Passion for digital marketing, influencer trends, and the evolving creator ecosystem.
