• Understand manpower requirements from various clinical departments and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, databases, campus hiring, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary discussions to assess qualifications, experience, skills, compensation expectations, and role suitability.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with patient volume, new department launches, expansion plans, and business requirements.
• Provide regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, and joining status.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer approvals within approved compensation structures.
• Prepare and release offers in coordination with HR and relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Manage candidate dropouts, counteroffers, notice-period issues, and joining delays.
• Maintain a healthy offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
• Coordinate collection and verification of relevant professional documents before joining.
