About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and ambitious professional to join the Talent Acquisition Excellence team. The role will provide exposure to recruitment operations, analytics, governance, technology, reporting, automation and strategic projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to improve recruitment effectiveness, drive operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision making and support transformation initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, business acumen and the potential to grow into leadership roles within HR and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting


• Prepare recruitment dashboards and management reports.


• Analyze hiring trends, recruiter productivity and hiring funnel metrics.


• Develop insights and recommendations using recruitment data.


• Support executive presentations and leadership reviews.


• Process Improvement


• Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.


• Document workflows, SOPs and operating procedures.


• Support initiatives focused on productivity enhancement and cost optimization.


• Participate in process transformation projects.


• Governance & Compliance


• Assist in monitoring recruitment governance and compliance activities.


• Support audits, documentation reviews and control checks.


• Maintain recruitment policies and process records.


• Support ATS administration and reporting activities.


• Work with technology teams on automation and digitization projects.


• Assist in testing and implementation of new recruitment tools.


• Support management of recruitment vendors and sourcing partners.


• Monitor performance metrics and service levels.


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on vendor-related activities.


• Strategic Projects


• Support high-impact projects across recruitment operations.


• Conduct benchmarking, research and data analysis.


• Develop business cases and recommendations for leadership review.

Qualifications

• MBA, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, HR or related disciplines.
