Job summary

Neuroglia Health Private Limited (NHPL), part of M3, Inc., is seeking a Senior HR Executive to own the Zoho People HRMS and lead day-to-day HR operations. You will ensure flawless processes, data integrity, and high system adoption across the organization.

You'll handle employee master data, onboarding, transfers, and exits, configure workflows, generate HR reports, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and managers to keep HR compliant and responsive.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR operations/generalist/administration
• Hands-on HRMS experience, preferably Zoho People
• Strong grasp of employee lifecycle processes
• HR operations in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of HR/statutory compliance
• Ability to independently manage HRMS activities
• Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills
• Good communication with employees, managers, Payroll, Finance, and other teams
• Skill in spotting process gaps and driving practical fixes

Responsibilities

Senior HR Executive

As our Senior HR Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our HRMS platform (Zoho People) and the backbone of day-to-day HR operations. You'll take full ownership of how HR runs — from flawless process execution to rock-solid data integrity — and become the go-to expert who makes sure the entire organization gets the most out of the system. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building structure and driving adoption, reporting directly to the HR & Compliance Manager.

What You'll be Doing:

• End-to-end administration of Zoho People: employee master data, org structures, records
• Manage lifecycle transactions — onboarding, transfers, promotions, reporting changes, exits
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, access rights, and system settings with stakeholders
• Drive system adoption; identify and close usage gaps
• Generate HR reports/data from Zoho; liaise with Zoho support on issues and enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy

HR Operations

• Process employee movements (transfers, promotions, reporting changes) and exits (documentation, clearance, formalities)
• Administer leave/attendance records, ensuring timely Zoho updates
• Support policy/process implementation; maintain HR trackers and documentation
• Handle employee/manager queries on HR processes, policies, HRMS, leave, and records
• Ensure consistent process adherence; flag operational gaps

HR Process & Compliance Support

• Support the HR & Compliance Manager on policy/process implementation
• Maintain records per statutory and internal requirements
• Support audits and data reconciliation; recommend process improvements
• Maintain documentation and audit trails

HR Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS
• Maintain headcount, movement, leave, and attendance data
• Validate/reconcile HRMS data against other records for accuracy and timeliness

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years in HR operations/generalist/administration
• Hands-on HRMS experience, preferably Zoho People
• Strong grasp of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding through exit) and HR documentation
• HR operations experience in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Working knowledge of HR/statutory compliance
• Ability to independently manage HRMS activities and resolve routine issues
• Strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills
• Good communication with employees, managers, Payroll, Finance, and other teams
