Job summary

Botmakers Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking an HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations and support basic administrative tasks.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive engagement, and maintain HR systems in Zoho People, collaborating closely with leadership in a fast-growing startup. The role is based in Baner, Pune (Maharashtra) with a 6-day work week and full-time employment. Prior Zoho People/Payroll experience is preferred, with strong communication and policy basics driving

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment management including postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation in Zoho People.
• Handle attendance, leave management and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes.
• Coordinate training, development and onboarding programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations from recruitment to onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain HR records, contracts and documentation in Zoho People.
• Process attendance, leaves and payroll inputs in Zoho Payroll.
• Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations.

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to own end-to-end HR operations and support basic administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR systems on Zoho People — while working closely with leadership in a fast-growing startup environment.

₹2,64,000 - ₹3,36,000 per annum (CTC)

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation on Zoho People
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs via Zoho Payroll
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes
• Coordinate training, development, and onboarding programs
• Handle employee queries and drive engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
• Assist in drafting and improving HR policies and SOPs
• Generate HR reports and maintain basic analytics on Zoho
• Any Graduate (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related functions
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho Payroll preferred; willingness to learn mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance basics
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
