Job summary

Biesse India is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR reporting from Bengaluru. The role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing HR data, and supporting budgets and HRMIS reports.

The candidate will ensure statutory labour law compliance for both units, coordinate with international stakeholders, and leverage HRMS/ERP systems and Excel to drive accurate, timely HR operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR reporting with accuracy.
• Ability to analyse HR data and prepare meaningful reports for management.
