Birlasoft Limited in Bengaluru seeks an Executive/Sr. Executive - HR Ops to handle immigration and visa stamping for the US and worldwide. Roles include hands-on visa processing, document validation, and MIS reporting.

The candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, be a graduate/post-graduate, and possess strong communication skills with a proactive approach. Day shift in a global exposure environment is expected.

Formación

• Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process.
• Knowledge of visa processing for USA, EMEA and APAC regions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate visa applications and submissions for US and ROA across regions.
• Prepare covering letters and supporting documents for visa applications.
• Maintain visa documents, MIS and reports in the internal system.
• Guide applicants on consulate/embassy requirements and collect/submission of documents.

Job Description

• Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process
• Detailed understaning on visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC countries.
• Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy above listed regions for all the visa categories
• Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy
• Guide visa applicants on the Consulate / Embassy requirements visa submissions
• Co - ordinate with implants, collection / submission of visa applications
• Preparation of covering letter / support letter for the visa application.
• Maintain visa documents for repository, update inte rnal visa system for MIS and reports

Expectations

• Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and self - starter
• Good knowledge on visa process for USA, EMEA and APAC region is mandatory
• Should be able to work on Excel and create reports
• Prior experience as visa executive in corporate company
• Good team player with ability to collabrate with different teams
