Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive – HR in the Global Human Resources unit. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing, and stakeholder management to meet manpower plans and hiring priorities.

You will screen candidates, build talent pipelines, and maintain recruitment MIS while supporting employer branding and compliance. Educational qualification required is Full time MBA / PGDBM – HR with 5–10 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboardingManpower planning as per approved manpower budget.
• Direct Sourcing: Source candidates directly through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, technical competencies, experience levels, and hiring priorities.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles based on job specifications.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports covering open positions, sourcing channels, interview status, offer-to-joining ratio, and time-to-fill.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to improve the organization's visibility and attract relevant talent through direct recruitment channels.
• Recruitment Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to internal recruitment policies and processes.

Full time MBA / PGDBM – HR

Experience

Tenure : 5-10 Years (Prior experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
