Shanthi Gears Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a design engineer to develop gearbox designs by understanding customer needs and coordinating with marketing and costing teams. You will create drawings for customer-built gearboxes, using existing component inventories.

You will prepare manufacturing drawings and bills of materials on the ERP system, coordinating specifications, materials and processes. Proficiency in SolidWorks is preferred.

Formación

• Understanding customer needs to drive design decisions.
• Drafting drawings for customer-built gearboxes using engineering requirements.
• Interfacing with marketing and costing teams for charges/specs changes.
• Ensuring drawings meet manufacturing specs and component availability.
• Experience with CAD tools and tolerance analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilidades
