Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create specifications, drawings, and BOM for gearbox components.
• Design modelling and drafting for geared motors.
• Ensure timely engineering outputs per schedule.

• Work with design codes and assigned software tools.
• Design and optimize casting parts.
• Participate in functional testing of geared motor prototypes.
• Review supplier drawings and provide comments.

Budget :LPA , slightly 1-2 Lakhs we can extend depends on seniority and experience Note : we will offer CTC and designation based on their experience and company band level to match the team parity

• Exp.: 3 to 7 mentioned but we can stretch up to 10 years provided if he fits to the budget

Position Summary:

The candidate will work in a global context environment, on local and global programs, closely with release teams and other functional groups; he/she will take care of Gear box Modelling & Drafting from concept layout phase to SOP, proactively recognize any possible issues and develop solutions to meet performance objectives and timelines of various programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating Specification, Drawing & Bill of Material of Gearbox Components.
• Responsible for Design Modelling & Drafting related to product/project of geared motors
• Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering outputs in accordance with established schedules.
• Co-ordination with Cross Functional Team as per the requirement of Project
• Work according to design codes and software tools assigned
• Design & Optimization of casting parts
• Participate in Functional testing of prototype of geared motors
• Review various documents, drawings received from suppliers & give comments or acceptance when required.
• Skills:

Must have

• Expert knowledge of ISO / DIN norm and methodology for calculating the load capacity.
• Experience in design of Gearbox, transmission and / or powertrain
• Strong Mechanical Design fundamentals.
• Hands-on expertise in design software like Romax, KISS Soft.
• Experience in Simens NX – Unigraphics
• Having experience inany PLM/ERP, SAP, Team Centre system
• Good communications – written and spoken English
