Job summary

Medanta is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, manage website content and analytics, and coordinate cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, strong skills in analytics and reporting, and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders. Healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in website management, campaign tracking, reporting and digital analytics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and drive execution independently.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns, ensuring effective execution, optimisation and performance tracking.
• Analyse campaign performance across leads, conversions, CPL, ROI and other key metrics. Work with internal teams and agencies to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, campaign integrations, SEO requirements and website enhancements.
• Plan, track and coordinate digital marketing projects, manage timelines, follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports, dashboards and MIS with actionable insights.
• Work closely with creative, content, SEO, performance marketing, technology and unit marketing teams to execute digital initiatives.

Medanta is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Professional who has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign performance, website management, analytics and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns, ensuring effective execution, optimisation and performance tracking.

• 46 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-location organisation or agency environment.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in website management, campaign tracking, reporting and digital analytics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and drive execution independently.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
