Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist at the branch level to achieve collections targets, monitor agencies and in-house collectors, and identify fraudulent practices to prevent losses.

You will coordinate with customers and agencies, ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossessions, maintain records, and provide regular performance reports while developing strategies to improve recovery rates.

Job Summary

To achieve Debt Management Services targets of the Respective Branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets. Continuously monitoring Debt Management Services agencies and Inhouse collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
