Job summary

Mahindra Logistics Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive for Control Tower operations in Bengaluru. The role demands hands-on management of quick-commerce and dark-store setups, with emphasis on KPI tracking and stakeholder coordination.

You will coach UTR teams, conduct root-cause analyses, and ensure SOP compliance while driving daily productivity and inventory accuracy across multiple desks.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-commerce and dark-store operations.
• Proficient in monitoring FC metrics and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to coach teams and manage client escalations.
• Strong root-cause analysis and SOP compliance abilities.
• Experience with MIS reporting using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage quick-commerce operations and dark-store setup.
• Monitor FC Minutes operations and scorecards with knowledge of Flipkart terms.
• Lead UTR teams to achieve hourly and daily targets.
• Analyze losses and perform root-cause analysis for misses and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular team briefings, reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Coordinate with Flipkart/client stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP desks.
• Plan and achieve in-house order processing targets with productivity metrics.
• Conduct daily audits of inventory, order staging, and process compliance.
• Ensure FIFO adherence based on shelf life and movement.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage quick-commerce operations and dark-store setup, ensuring smooth execution and operational readiness.
• Monitor FC Minutes operations and scorecard metrics, with strong knowledge of Flipkart operational terminology preferred.
• Manage, monitor, and coach UTR (Under The Roof) teams to achieve hourly and daily performance targets.
• Analyze operational losses and conduct root-cause analysis for process misses, SOP deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive productivity and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Flipkart/client stakeholders to resolve operational disputes, escalations, and exceptions.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across RTO/RVP process desks.
• Plan and consistently achieve in-house order processing targets, including time-based productivity metrics.
• Conduct daily audits of inventory, order staging, and process compliance.
• Ensure FIFO adherence based on product shelf life and inventory movement.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel/MS Office.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives and standardization across dark-store operations.
