Job summary

JLL in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Executive, Capital Markets to evaluate investment opportunities, support transaction processes, and perform due diligence across real estate deals. The role requires strong financial modelling, Excel proficiency, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in real estate capital markets or related advisory roles, with a finance-oriented graduation. CA/MBA is a plus; fluency in English and Hindi is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Real estate Capital markets / investment advisory / valuations / transaction advisory
• Graduation in Finance, Business studies, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering
• CA or MBA would be advantageous
• Native English and Hindi speaking, reading, and writing
• Familiarity with structuring transactions with focus on cost efficiency, legal, tax and compliance

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work on potential investment opportunities with Internal Capital markets team
• Assist transaction advisors in meetings, site visits, document preparation, data sourcing and collation
• Coordinate and manage due diligence exercises
• Conduct primary and secondary research on Real estate investment advisory
• Interact with internal Capital markets team, developers, investors, lawyers and consultants
• Coordinate with developers and financial institutions on documentation and due diligence toward closing deals
• Prepare financial modelling, PowerPoint presentations and internal memorandums/reporting

What this job involves:

• Evaluate and work on potential investment opportunities with the Internal Capital markets team
• Assist transaction advisors in meetings, site visits, document preparation, data sourcing and collation
• Ability to co-ordinate and manage due diligence exercises
• Primary and secondary research on Real estate investment related advisory
• Direct communication and frequent interaction with internal Capital markets team, Real estate developers, Investors (HNIs, Institutions, Banks, NBFCs, etc.), Lawyers, Consultants, etc.
• Coordination with real estate developers and financial institutions on documentation and due diligence towards ensuring smooth transaction closure
• Financial modelling, PowerPoint presentations, and various internal memorandums / reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Word
• Logical thinker and strong analytical skills
• 2-4 years of experience of Real estate Capital markets / Real estate Investment advisory / Real estate valuations / Real estate transaction advisory / Business analytics in a Big4 accounting firm
• Graduation degree should ideally be in Finance, Business studies, Economics, Real Estate or Engineering.
• CA/MBA would be an advantage.
• Experience in real estate capital markets (working in capital markets team of IPCs or in Asset management team of Funds / NBFCs would be an advantage
• Familiarity with structuring of transactions with focus on cost efficiency, legal, tax, and compliance issues and due diligence / documentation of transactions would be an advantage
• Native English and Hindi speaking, reading, and writing
