Job summary

JLL is seeking a research-driven professional for real estate advisory roles in Gurugram. You will conduct independent market research, build financial models, and contribute to client-facing reports. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery in a dynamic real estate advisory team.

Ideal candidates have a postgraduate degree and 2–3 years' experience, with Big 4/IPC exposure viewed as a plus. On-site location in Gurugram, 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate advisory or consulting.
• Real Estate Consulting: prior IPC or Big 4 experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent research and analytical assessments for real estate advisory engagements.
• Perform investment analysis, market intelligence, sector overviews and feasibility studies.
• Develop financial modeling frameworks and report content.
• Analyze client datasets and external research sources qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Design strategic work plans to ensure quality and timelines.
• Create customized report frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Research targeted industry sectors, market dynamics and competition.
• Build robust models to support investment decisions.
• Prepare content for client-facing reports and presentations.
• Collect and analyze field research data for evidence-based recommendations.

Qualification

• Postgraduate in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or any related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience
• Real Estate Consulting: Prior experience in any IPC and/or Big 4 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC), will be a big plus.

Role/ Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive independent research and analytical assessments for real estate advisory engagements, encompassing investment analysis, market intelligence, sector overviews, and development feasibility studies. Core areas include field research data collection and analysis, preparation of report content, and development of financial modeling frameworks.
• Execute qualitative and quantitative analysis of client datasets, market intelligence, and other external research sources
• Design and implement strategic work plans to ensure exceptional quality standards and adherence to project timelines
• Identify innovative analytical methodologies and develop customized report frameworks aligned with client objectives
• Perform in-depth research into targeted industry sectors, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Construct robust financial models to support investment decision-making and feasibility assessments
• Prepare high-quality content for integration into client-facing reports and presentations
• Collect, validate, and analyze field research data to support evidence-based recommendations
