Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram invites a Senior Executive, Capital Markets to evaluate investment opportunities and support transaction processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, real estate developers, investors, and banks to drive due diligence, financial modelling, and reporting.

Qualifications include a finance-oriented degree, 2–4 years in real estate capital markets or advisory, strong modelling skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or Engineering.
• CA/MBA would be an advantage.
• 2–4 years of Real estate capital markets or related advisory experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work on investment opportunities with Internal Capital Markets team.
• Support transaction advisors in meetings, site visits, and due diligence.
• Prepare financial models, memorandums and reports.
• Coordinate documentation with developers and financial institutions.
